Job description
The successful candidates will in particular be responsible for:
All Profiles:
- Contributing to ensure smooth and efficient development, adaptations and implementation of the necessary taxonomies for the supervisory and regulatory reportings to EIOPA;
- Contributing to further automatise in an efficient way the use of data in EIOPA and increase data quality;
- Contributing to thematic analytical reports and to data analysis on insurance and pension topics;
- Developing and disseminating Data Reports to NCAs and related activities;
- Delivering internal data requests and promote use of data;
- Contributing to the further automation and efficiency of the Business Intelligence tools;
- Contributing to the development of supervisory tools using data in specific coding environments (such as Power BI, Matlab, SQL, or MS office tools) including coding, testing and documenting the applications;
SNE on Data Analysis and Processes (Profile 1)
- In addition to the responsibilities listed for all profiles:
- Maintaining the operational methodology for calculations of the monthly production of the Solvency II technical information, such as the risk-free interest rate term structures and the symmetric adjustment of the capital charge of the equity risk (e.g. development of the code, code review and improvements);
- Running the Risk Free Rate term structures and the Symmetric Adjustment production processes and other production activities such as the update of the historical database;
- Maintaining the governance of the Risk Free Rate term structures and the Symmetric Adjustment process;
- Any other tasks.
SNE on Data Analysis and Processes (Profile 2)
In addition to the responsibilities listed for all profiles:
- Contributing to the development of the relevant data dictionaries;
- Contributing to the development of Digital Regulatory Reporting tool;
- Any other tasks.
