Disqualification

Disqualification occurs when candidates do the following violations:

  • provide false or intentionally inaccurate information such as basic qualification, citizenship, or diploma
  • not show up in the test centre
  • fail to submit documents despite being requested to do so by EPSO
  • breach the rules of the exam in the test centre or the Assessment Centre by using unauthorised external help such as mobile devices, etc.

A candidate may submit an appeal against any disqualification by filing a complaint with the European Ombudsman and/or the EU selection board.
