The learning and development skills of the candidates are assessed by EPSO through various exercises and exams set by the Assessment Centre. The aim of this evaluation is to ascertain that the candidates are open to learning new subjects and becoming aware of new issues. The evaluation includes assessing their previous experiences; wherein the candidate has to describe how they faced a personal or professional challenge and overcame it by learning a completely new skill or subject.
