Specialists

Administrative exams may be generalists, specialists, and linguists.  A Specialist exam is not given on a regular annual basis.  This is more specific and usually scientific. Usually, a candidate who wants to take the specialist exam has to undergo a more stringent Talent Screener, who checks the profile and work experience if these are all relevant and qualified to take part in the Assessment Centre.

As the name implies, a specialist exam is given only to those who have the specific qualifications and with work experience related to the position being applied for.
